Bug Description
Binary package hint: kdebase
On moving the dashboard down while the panel is larger than it's normal size, the dashboard window hides behind the panel:

As an alternative, the panel could be resized immediately as the dashboard is being pushed down.\
Tested on KDE4.1 Kubuntu intrepid beta

In KDE 4.2 the panel moves at the same time as the config bar.
