Bug Description

Im using compiz under ubuntu intrepid alpha 6 up to date of this report. It seems that when i'm dragging a window, the window jumps to an old position and the mouse "the holding hand" does not hold the window in the same place as when started the dragging, it also sometimes keeps holding the window outside the window itself. Is like the window releases that it is been dragging after the mouse is already pressed. Sometimes the window makes jumps and lies outside the mouse with the pressed hand... i noticed this with several windows and does not happen in Metacity.

Description: Ubuntu intrepid (development branch)
Release: 8.10

and it is for AMD 64 bit.

Sorry folks, but as part of the bug clean up ahead of 16.04 LTS I'm marking this as invalid because it affects an Ubuntu release which is now unsupported. If you can still recreate this bug in a supported release please do open a new bug and we can triage it for consideration in the 16.04 LTS development cycle.
