can't watch videos

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

when i go to youtube the video are not loading. it just shows white. i reinstalled flash. i disabled shockwave. nothing works. When shockwave is disabled it shows me that i don't have adobe flash installed, even though i just reinstalled. i'm not that great w computers so...

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. There has been an update to flashplugin-nonfree and its in the hardy-backports repository. Please download it and see if you have the same problems as you've stated.
If you need instructions on how to download the update please let me know and I will give you step-by-stop assistance.

I reinstalled ubuntu. So the problem got fixed ... :)
