mouse scrolling in dialogue window switchs workspace unexpectedly

Hovering the mouse over the desktop and scrolling it make the workspace switched is an exciting feature. But it's not exciting any more when it does that even when I scroll the list in a dialogue window. This turned out to be that when I hover the mouse over the rectangular border of the list, scrolling does the same as when I hover it over the desktop. Although this is a minor error, but it's irritating enough. I hope this will be fixed in the official release.
