Bug Description

bzrlib.api.require_api() doesn't allow specifying multiple supported versions, making it impossible for e.g. bzr-svn to claim support with bzr 1.6 *and* 1.7.

It would be nice if it could e.g. take a list of versions for which a plugin claims support.
