Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Deluge has had significant code changes with 1.1.2.dfsg-1, available in Ubuntu Jaunty. Could you please test with this version to see if the problem still exists? You can find out more about the development release at http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/ .
