When attempting to check out the IL2CPU project from the CodePlex web
site in an effort to take a look at the Cosmos operating system (hey, I
was curious), I ran into an error from bzr. This is on a fully updated
Intrepid system. The repository is a Subversion repository, and from
the way the traceback looks, the fault is with the bzr-svn plugin---but,
I can't be 100% sure.
The error output is attached as bzr-error.txt. The command which
resulted in the error is:

Codeplex is running some funny SVN -> VSS gateway, which seems to do things that regular svn servers can't.
