I was unable to recreate this bug when upgrading from Hardy to Intrepid on 2008-10-16. I was upgrading from python-openid version 2.0.2-1 to 2.2.1-1.

It looks to me like this may be an issue with either ubunet-dependencies or ubunet-developer-dependencies, neither of which are available in any Ubuntu repositories.

From term.log:

dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of ubunet-developer-dependencies:
 ubunet-developer-dependencies depends on ubunet-dependencies; however:
Package ubunet-dependencies is not configured yet.
dpkg: error processing ubunet-developer-dependencies (--configure):
 dependency problems - leaving unconfigured

Changed in python-openid:
milestone: ubuntu-8.10 → none
