MTP device problem: Exaile crashes under certain conditions

When attempting to transfer a file to my player that is already present on the player, Exaile freezes, giving "Error 45" in the terminal. It would seem something needs to be done so that Exaile simply doesn't transfer the file if it's already on the player.
