grubbot gets into endless loops with other bots

When redirecting a factoid to another user in a private message such as ~factoid > user, if the user happens to be a bot, grubbot can get into an endless loop of private messages with the other bot. This takes up resources and eventually one or both will flood off but when they come back the loop still continues.

This bug still affects Grubbot 2.7.5. An easy fix is to set Grubbot to ignore bots ("ignore_bots = True" in the config file). I do not plan to release a fix for this.
