Is it possible to replace rar 3.8 beta2 with 3.8 final?

Debian Sid uses 3.8 beta3 and the final is out. Could we release Intrepid with rar 3.8 final?

its about hte ubuntu 8.10 version. the 8.04 also had a beta-version of unrar all the time. i think you should use the final when it comes out
