please remove (very badly prepared!) package providing /usr/share/python-support/lanshark and try to upgrade simplejson then.
Debian doesn't provide this module so I cannot really tell you what package is it, try to track it using this command: `dpkg -S /usr/share/python-support/lanshark` or `apt-file search /usr/share/python-support/lanshark`

BTW: there's something wrong with your local (i.e. /usr/local/share/perl/5.8.8) Perl installation probably

Have you done what Piotr suggests ? Is it still an issue ?

I did what Piotr said and was able to update. All I had to do was remove lanshark. I had installed it via getdeb so I just had to remove the package.
