Bug Description

Hi,

I always get a timeout in each HBCI transaction I try when using GnuCash (see #5973). Please see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnucash/+bug/5973/comments/44 for further details (output in debug modus etc).

As has been written here: https://devel.aqbanking.de/trac/aqbanking/ticket/32 this bug is fixed by setting "Force SSLv3" in the HBCI settings.
