xorg.conf missing pointer to what changed

Bug Description

I've just updated to Intrepid and had to hack some config files to work; that's kind of OK - BUT
the automatically generated xorg.conf says:

# Note that some configuration settings that could be done previously
# in this file, now are automatically configured by the server and settings
# here are ignored.

It really needs to point to some docs that tell people what has changed;
and in particular what is now ignored for those people who are capable
of getting old style X configs to do what I want.

(I'm just watching someone else on #ubuntu+1 who has had a ruin
for an input device work for years but now doesn't - that's OK as long
as people can easily find the docs to know what happened).

Hi ubuntu-treblig,

Please attach the output of `lspci -vvnn`, and attach your /var/log/Xorg.0.log file from after reproducing this issue. If you've made any customizations to your /etc/X11/xorg.conf please attach that as well.
