missing QDateTimeEdit.setTimeSpec and QTreeView.setHeaderHidden

Bug Description
Binary package hint: python-qt4
The classes are present, but these methods are not. The documentation on the riverbankcomputing site doesn't say they are recent editions, and they are present in their windows binaries (the only other package I've tested).
This is on a fully updated 8.04.1, with python-qt 4.3.3-2ubuntu4.1
