Gufw should use PolicyKit

Bug Description

Gufw should use PolicyKit. This would allow the application to be started and run as a user, and make it simpler to run on startup. Hopefully it's possible to read and display the existing rules as a user. Changes to the rules should be made with the use of an 'Unlock' button, requiring root privileges.

Hi!
Yes, this is one blueprint for the future.
But this implementation is complicate (with dbus), and I must study it.
Thanks by the idea ;)
Best regards.
