Bug Description
The pop-up bubble for Active Regions (and Type II Radio Bursts) currently shows "Position Angle" (btw PA = principal angle) and "Width". However, that doesn't make sense for events on the disc. Instead, the position should be shown either in the original coordinate system (in this case: Heliographic Coordinates), which is defined by the coordinateSystem field in the catalog list, or a general coordinate system like the one we use internally, or a conversion into arcsecs (ca. x * 965), for example.
