Bug Description

Binary package hint: language-selector

RELEASE: Intrepid
CD/DVD VARIANT: 32/64 bit Kubuntu Desktop cd
ISO BUILD: 20080930.1

SYMPTOMS: Warning Incomplete Language Support. Clicking on it triggers a window to open informing you of the issue clicking on the fix problem button, opens up a window with English greyed out. Clicking on install does nothing

CAUSE: Unknown

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1/ install Kubuntu
2/ see the warning bulb on the task bar
3/ follow the steps to resolve the issue
4/ note the warning is still there till you reboot

Is there any way a mere user can keep this from expiring unfixed? It may not be critical but it can be pretty annoying.

Given that I'm a mere user, I have no idea. I do know that it no
longer affects me because I've abandoned KDE (not liking what was done
in KDE 4).
