Bug Description
1. Go to <https:/
2. Clear the "Upstream Series" field, and click "Change".
What happens: An error alert appears, "<structured-string 'Invalid series given.'>".
What should happen: An error alert appears, "You need to specify a project and series.".
It may save time to fix bug 276412 and/or bug 276417 at the same time as this bug.
