having problems using magyar babel package with amsthm package

If i try to compile the following code:

i got the following error:

Without the "magyar" babel package everything works fine.

I can confirm this bug using magyar.ldf v1.4j coming with texlive2007 on Ubuntu 8.04 amd64. The problem does not occur with magyar.ldf v1.5, available on CTAN. Perhaps use this to fix it.

I also confirm this bug. It's still available in the distribution of 10.10 Maverick Meerkat.

This bug is known for two years now, magyar.ldf (version 1.5) is released in 2006 (four years ago). I happily notify that with the newer version, everything works fine. So please, release texlive-latex-base with the new ldf file.

The problem still exists. Downloading the new version of magyar.ldf solves the problem. Please update it in the packages!

Same as above, the problem stil exists. Downloading v1.5 solved the problem. Thanks @kmARC for the link!
