Bug Description
I have branched some files back and forth between my job computer (running bzr under cygwin on w2k) and my home computer (Mac OSX) with the central repo being my USB stick. I added some files on my Mac, one of which has a filename with swedish characters in it (yes I know this is pushing my luck ;)). When I tried branching this onto my work computer (the one running cygwin/w2k) I get an internal fault that seems to be unicode-related.
Note: The u'\xe4' mentioned in the log is a swedish character in Latin1 encoding I believe.

This is a known limitation of *cygwin*. Specifically cygwin does not handle non-ascii characters. It is perfectly well supported by the win32 native client. Install instructions are here: bazaar- vcs.org/ WindowsDownload s
