start in fullscreen mode does not work

When setting start_in_fullscreen = True in preference.conf (under ~/.config/entertainer...) and running entertainer it doesn't start in Fullscreen.

and try to launch :

fullscreen_test_case1
fullscreen_test_case2
and Entertainer

With and without Compiz effects and post here what you see.

All without compiz, as I'm currently running fluxbox.
I'm currently unable to run entertainer from trunk in fullscreen under the same conditions

fullscreen_test_case1
Runs in full screen with loads of green boxes on black background

fullscreen_test_case2
Runs in full screen with hand icons going round in a circle on light grey background

Entertainer
Starts in fullscreen and works properly! YAY.
Doesn't seem to take account of the start_in_fullscreen preference
Pressing F resizes the screen but doesn't work properly
