dbus should not depend on consolekit

dbus 1.1.20-1ubuntu2

There is dependancy hell caused by dbus depending on consolekit
and consolekit already depends on dbus. The dbus dependancy is not needed.

Trying to remove consolekit also removes gnucash and other apps.

The dependency is necessary for policies which use 'at_console', therefore, the dependency cannot be dropped.

Hi,

Unfortunately this can't be fixed at this time. The dependencies are both
needed.

Hopefully they won't be neeeded for ever, and so one day I hope we can fix this
bug.

It seems to me that most of the depends for dbus are not really depends.
The exceptions being libc6 and libdbus-1-3.

If consolekit needs a certain version of dbus, this would be done on the depends
line in consolekit.
