Bug Description

Binary package hint: bluez-gnome

I'm testing bluez 0.4 like it is described inside bug #274950, so i've got bluez-gnome 1.5-0ubuntu1~ppa8 installed inside Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex Alpha-6. Following bluez packages are installed.

$ dpkg -l bluez*
ii bluez 4.7-0ubuntu1~ppa7 Bluetooth tools and daemons
ii bluez-alsa 4.7-0ubuntu1~ppa7 Bluetooth audio support
rc bluez-audio 3.36-1ubuntu2 Bluetooth audio support
ii bluez-cups 4.7-0ubuntu1~ppa7 Bluetooth printer driver for CUPS
ii bluez-gnome 1.5-0ubuntu1~ppa8 Bluetooth utilities for GNOME
ii bluez-gstreamer 4.7-0ubuntu1~ppa7 Bluetooth gstreamer support
rc bluez-network 3.36-1ubuntu2 Bluetooth network support
rc bluez-utils 3.36-1ubuntu2 Bluetooth tools and daemons

When i open the bluetooth dialog under "System -> Bluetooth, this window is so wide, it hardy fit's on a 1024x768 screen. There's no need that this window is so wide. Please take a look at the attached screenshot.

Christoph,

Can you please add your feedback to the bug #274950. There is no point in creating a separate bug for the version which is not in archives when we already have a tracking bug.

Also please update your packages. You seem to be using old packages. The PPA contains 4.9 version of bluez stack.
