ontv does not show correct time

Bug Description
Binary package hint: ontv
When using the ontv-applet i right click on a program and select details.
In the new window there is some info about a program.
At "sending time" it drops the last numbers. Ie: program starts "kl.10.43" it only shows "kl.1".
This problem is the same when i search for programs.
In the ".xmltv" file the timestamps are correct.
I am using norwegian language.
