Product's code front page requires login

If you log out and go to https://code.staging.launchpad.net/launchpad , you are prompted to login. This is incorrect - public information should be shown so anonymous users (no cookies, googlebot etc.) can still access public information we provide.

It's still something to do with having a private branch as your development focus -- I suspect Martin's reworking of how that stuff is displayed.

launchpad/devel 7182 fixed this for real, and it was rolled out with 2.1.10.
