Not 100% accurate deprecation monit

Binary package hint: bzr-svn

bzr-svn 0.4.13 says that the svn+https:// schema is deprecated, but it doesn’t seem to be able to handle authorization-based repos:

The svn+ syntax is deprecated, use https://svn.[…] instead.

bzr: ERROR: Invalid http response for https://svn.[…]/.bzr/branch-format: Unable to handle http code 401: Authorization Required

(The same happens for bzr pull or branch, of course.)
