Export/Import radio list

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

I Usually Listen to online radios thought rhythmbox and I collect the URL of the stations, but rhythmbox.
Rhythmbox does not accept any list format for importing/exporting radio stations (.m3u, .pls, what-ever).

Could make it plugin, maybe?

Added this to One Hundred Papercuts though this might seem like a new feature request. In fact Rhythmbox can subscribe to radio streams in .m3u files but it requires a user to open .m3u file in a text editor, copy an URL and then add it to Rhythmbox. Looks like it's easy enough for a player to do it for the user automatically.

New features are not paper cuts. Also, Rhythmbox is being replace with Banshee.
