Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdeaccessibility

Too many people are having issues with KSay it. This useful application comes without a default configuration.

1)Make kttsd a dependency of ksayit
KSayit - Launch Control Center -> Error "Control Center Module for KTTSD nor found."

2) KSayIt is installed but by default has no voices to synthesize text into speech. Why not include 1 basic voice in the package or as a dependency. Ideally KSayIt should also possibly download the voices from inside the program itself using the repository system already in place.

3)Make Voices easily swappable
KSayIt - With all the festvox voices installed, there is no way from the program to chose which voice you would like to use.

4)Put KSayIt in universe and bundle it with: festival, festvox-..., kttsd
