Remove package from archives

Binary package hint: netselect

As can be seen in bug 55671, this package has never been useful in ubuntu and there seems to be no effort to make it compatible with the ubuntu servers. In its current state, I think it shouldn't be in the archives as it is useles for ubuntu users.

I think removing this is the best thing to do. Please also blacklist it.

I'm going to start a wiki page to track these things so even if they
are not in Ubuntu we know that fixing them may be useful.
