(Kubuntu Intrepid) Printscreen does not launch KSnapshot

Bug Description

This one is pretty simple. When I press Print Screen, KSnapshot should launch. I see that there's already an entry for it in Input Actions, so it -should- work... but it doesn't.

I can confirm this Bug as well.
Kubuntu 8.10 Intrepid alpha 6
fully updated
and keyboard already set as evdev managed
