Bug Description

Binary package hint: gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg

The attached footage is not properly decoded by the gstreamer ffmpeg plugin. It causes massive colour banding. I tested the same footage with my own SVN head compile of mplayer, and it decodes the footage no problems.

Retested and its still occuring on Jaunty as of 12 02 09.
