Project page shows development focus but changing it requires going to separate page

Bug Description
The project page lists the series for the project, and highlights which one is the development focus. But to change the development focus, you need to choose "Change details", which takes you to a completely separate page that hides the list of series in a menu.
It should be possible to change the development focus, from the project page, by clicking on the series you want to set as the new development focus.
