I have attached the debug log.

Launched Evo.
Clicked on the Contacts button
Right clicked on the Exchange Conctact, chose properties
Checking or unchecking "copy content locally for offline operation" results in error

probably a separate bug... But the name of the Exhange contact is also editable but when you change the name, the OK button is grayed out.

Changed in evolution-exchange:
assignee: desktop-bugs → nobody
status: Incomplete → New

I also received this error. I've created an echange account to sync my evolution with my PDA, using the mail2web services in between.

My evolution is 2.24.1
My distribution is Ubuntu 8.10 with 2.6.27-7-server kernel
I also attach my log file, created with:
jgr@ERATOSTENES:~/Documentos$ evolution --debug=evo.log
Nothing related with the error seems to be in the log file.

This may only be a coincidence, but the last user to chime in here also reported Bug #323710 which also concerns opening folders. I suggest that the maintainers look for calls to Gnome Do and xdg-open.
