always eject CD tray when clicking the "places" eject icon

Bug Description

Binary package hint: nautilus

Since 2.23, nautilus has eject icons placed next to removable devices on the places sidebar. The CD drive always shows this icon, even if there is no actual CD inside. But if you click the icon when it's empty, you get an error dialogue: "the volume can't be mounted, there might not be any drive in the unit", and then another: "DBus error org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken."

Instead of this, clicking the eject icon should ALWAYS eject the tray, even if there's no CD. That is, have the same result as running the "eject" command. That's the result the user would expect.
