Bug Description

Recent CVEs that are several weeks old are still not in Launchpad, for example CVE-2008-3732 and CVE-2008-3747. This is critical functionality for the security team and is required for interacting with the community.

I have a fix for this. Now it just needs to land in mainline, and then pushed out to production. That should hopefully happen today. I've also added a check to ensure that we get notified about errors like these.

Fixed in RF 7064, which has been rolled out to production. The newer CVEs should now be available.
