Bug Description

Epiphany will not start with the current Dapper version:
ii epiphany-browser 1.9.3.1-0ubuntu1
Intuitive GNOME web browser

And firefox version:

This is the error given:
Epiphany can't be used now. Mozilla initialisation failed.

Thanks for the bug report. This particular bug has already been reported into
our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report any further bugs you find.

You can move /usr/lib/mozilla-firefox/components/compreg.dat as a workaround
