OOo (and WYSIWYG programs in general) should not inherit display settings from GNOME

Bug Description

If you change your background and foreground colors, OpenOffice.org will respect them within documents; in particular, if you are using a white-on-black theme, oowrite will show documents (that print as black-on-white) in white-on-black. This sort of violates the WYSIWYG principle.
