Implement syntax checks in Lokalize

Bug Description

Although it is perhaps intentional, I must report it as bug.

I know, that Lokalize is expected to be replacement of kbabel, but for now it cannot be.

Problem is, that Lokalize doesn't perform any syntax checks.

Kbabel can do it and also jump to next error.

By removing kbabel you make localization of programs less comfortable, because user has to use console tools, which can't jump to errors as kbabel can.

Could you please return kbabel to repositories?

It wouldn't be possible for KBabel to come back, as it's a part of kdesdk, which is currently at version 4.1.1. KBabel is only distributed in KDE 3.5.x and lower.

Upstream choice. If KDE thinks Lokalize is ready to replace KBabel we are going to stick with this.

KBabel is way to buggy as that Kubuntu could honestly maintain it on its own, which would be required if we reintroduce it.
