X broken by missing xf86GetPciDomain function in DRI module

Bug Description

Last update totally broke X as it can't load DRI module.
Curiously it's affecting VESA mode as well.

it seems to be caused by missing xf86GetPciDomain function in DRI module.

Purging leftover from fglrx as suggested by jcritau on IRC, did fix the problem.

This is not a duplicate as fglrx wasn't even is use. It just happened to be present, that installed but not used.
And this is happening in failsafe mode. I think someone should take a look at it or the so called BulletProof X won't be so bullet proof.

I really fail to see how this is a duplicate of #247376. It's totally unrelated to me. Please explain.
