Bug Description

When a Drupal user is added or removed, the spenglr users table needs to be kept updated by having the entry for the uid in question added or removed accordingly.

Presently it is possible to add missing users to the spenglr table using the settings form supplied by com_user, but this should be automatic (and should be done on installation for the administrator account (uid 1)).
