Binary package hint: deal
Hi,
I'm Thomas Andrews, the author of Deal.
In any event, I see from the comments that you've decided to skip my DDS changes, which actually improved performance of DDS considerably (many of my changes were integrated into the new DDS 1.1.9.)
In any event, Deal is up to Deal 3.1.6, and it now merged in the changes from DDS 1.1.9.
I'm willing to help maintain this if you like. I'm sure I'd need help learning the ropes for creating and maintaining Ubuntu packages, but I'm willing to learn.

Hi Thomas,
sorry for not contacting you earlier, I was still struggling to get the (back then new) deal version to compile. I'll try to update the Debian package over the next days, the Ubuntu packages will then follow shortly by their archive sync.
