64 bit Ubuntu cd on 32 bit system: detect system before showing menu

Bug Description

When you boot the 64 bit cd on a 32 bit system, it shows an error after you choose to boot into the livecd from the boot menu. This should be detected before the menu is shown.

No, because you can still run a CD check of an x64 disc on an x86 system. Invalidating.

This isn't an ubiquity issue, and syslinux does not have the capability of doing such a thing.
