Bug Description

Binary package hint: flashplugin-nonfree

using a clevo laptop M735T i think. with ubuntu 64bit hardy (backports enable)

i get the "flash-boxes are all grey" thingy some times. And what to me seems random X crashes and is restarted. dmesg after i get back in:

i cant find anything in /var/log/Xorg.0.log that seems like segfault, crash or something. What can i search for to debug this further?

* I'm using firefox with flashblock, and the crash occours even no flash is runned (I havnt' clicked play on any flash-objects)

I really need the flashplugin to be installed...

Thank you for your bug report. Does this bug still occur in newer versions of Ubuntu?

Hi!

I'm not using that computer anymore so I can't tell.

It was hard to reproduce even back then since it was somewhat random.
