Bug Description

Binary package hint: compiz-fusion-plugins-main

I modified the wall.xml configuration file, to enable the edge delay. Upon update of the compiz-fusion-plugins-main package, the user-modified config file got overwritten by the package default without any prompt or warning. I would have expected a prompt requesting me wether I want to keep my modified version, or install the package default.

ubuntu release: Ubuntu 8.04.1
compiz-fusion-plugins-main version: 0.7.4-0ubuntu6
(The problem happened upon the upgrade from 0.7.4-0ubuntu4 to 0.7.4-0ubuntu6)

wall.xml is not a user configuration file, it is data internal to the compiz application. This is why the file was overwritten without asking, it is not supposed to be edited.
