Bug Description

This upsets the otherwise pleasing feel of KDE4 with desktop effects enabled. This is on my laptop which has Intel Graphics but I do not think this is graphics driver specific as I have noticed this with Nvidia on my workstation too.

System tray icon backgrounds should appear transparent with desktop effects enabled.

System tray icons actually appear with black backgrounds with desktop effects enabled.
