Bug Description

Have the option to move the information tab to the side-pane like in Amarok with a refresh button so that it will refresh when you select the tab from the side-pane but won't auto updated on changing song if your reading it.

This really sounds like two bugs: refresh button and side pane. Perhaps it should be separated out as such.

Assuming this bug only refers to the side pane, can you explain in more detail how this UI would work? For example, if you click on the information tab, is the side pane filled with wikipedia info, or is the playlist somehow filled with it. How do you switch to lyrics or back to wikipedia? Maybe do a sketch up to flesh it out?

Just like in Amarok the side pane would contain the info when the information tab is selected with the information sections/tabs along the top of as a drop down menu at the top of the side pane.

The easiest way to get an idea of what I mean just install Amarok version 1.4 and mess around with it for a while.

The main reason I have for this is I dislike loosing sight of my playlist when reading lyrics or information about the band & album.

The context panel that contains the information and lyrics for the track is now a side panel.
