Bug Description
At the moment, the upstream report columns for bug tracker and upstream contact are quite large. They're also unnecessary, insofar as we don't need to know which bug tracker the upstream uses or who the upstream contact actually is; we just need to know whether or not each actually exists for the current package.
To condense this, and stop those columns from taking up so much room, we could make each column into a tick-or-cross column: a green tick indicates that the package has an upstream contact or bug tracker; a red cross indicates that the package doesn't have whichever property the column is referring to.
To make sure that the current data are still available in the report, the values for bug tracker and upstream contact could be hidden in tooltips which would appear when the ticks are hovered over.
The project field can be removed and the project data can be shown as a tooltip for the package field.
