libpam-mount always prompt for xml conversion

Bug Description

Binary package hint: libpam-mount

When installing libpam-mount, the .config script always prompts for xml conversion:

  if [ "$1" = "configure" ] && dpkg --compare-versions "$2" lt "0.20"; then
      db_input high libpam-mount/convert-xml-config || :
  fi

The postinst script correctly checks if the old file is there. The .config should do the same (or at least use lt-nl instead of lt when comparing versions).

Thanks for reporting this bug. I tried to reproduce it in saucy, but didn't get any prompt. Could you tell us which release you are on, and any other steps (beside 'apt-get install libpam-mount) needed to reproduce?
