.tm files cannot be opened from nautilus

Bug Description

To reproduce:
1. install texmacs
2. Create a .tm file and add "texmacs" in Nautilus as a program to open .tm files with
3. Rightclick on the file, choose "open with"->"texmacs"
Result: nothing happens
Expected: open the file in texmacs.
